Design and process development

Design styles based on customer needs or market trends, translate them into machine-readable weaving programs, and create process sheets and size charts.
Yarn inspection and preparation

Inspect the incoming yarn for color difference, strength, and twist, and then prepare the qualified yarn on the beam for weaving.
Machine knitting

Import the program into the computerized flat knitting machine, and have the technician debug the machine. The machine will automatically knit the front, back, sleeves, etc. of the garment according to the program.
Overlock stitching

Use a serger to precisely sew the various pieces of clothing together. This step determines the shape and durability of the sweater.
Hand sewing and post-processing

Hand-sew the collar, trademark, etc. of the shirt. Then, through processes such as washing, ironing, and shaping, achieve the best hand feel and shape for the sweater.
Strict quality inspection

Inspect each piece of ready-made clothing, including dimensions, stitching, fabric defects, color variations, etc., to ensure compliance with AQL standards.
Packaging and Shipping

As a dedicated sweater maker, we package tags according to customer requirements and finally store them in inventory for shipment.
